Donation & Refund Policy

6.1 Nature of payments

All payments made within the App are voluntary donations supporting the development and maintenance of the free calculators.

6.2 14-day refund guarantee

We offer a full refund, no questions asked, if requested within 14 calendar days of your donation date. You do not need to provide a reason or meet any additional conditions within this window.

6.3 How to request your refund

1. Visit paddle.net (Paddle's buyer support portal) and enter the email address you used when donating, or
2. Email us directly at soporte@intelligentprices.com with the email used for payment; we will handle the request with Paddle on your behalf.
3. We process requests made within the 14-day guarantee within a maximum of 5 business days of receiving them.

6.4 After the 14-day window

After the guarantee period, refund requests are evaluated case by case under Paddle's then-current Refund Policy (Paddle being the transaction's Merchant of Record) — for example, for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a confirmed technical failure.
