5.1 Acceptance
By using the App, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use it.
5.2 Service description
The App provides free, educational marketing KPI calculators organized into 9 categories (Pricing, Digital Advertising, Email Marketing, Engagement & Social Media, Finance for Marketing, Marketing Research, Retention & Satisfaction, Return & Profitability, and Sales & Growth). Access to the calculators is, and will remain, free; calculation functionality will never be blocked for declining to share contact data or to donate.
5.3 Informational nature — not professional advice
Results provided by the calculators are educational and informational in nature. They do not constitute personalized financial, accounting, legal, or business advice. Decisions made based on these results are solely your responsibility.
5.4 Voluntary donations
The App allows voluntary donations to support its maintenance. Donations do not constitute the purchase of a product or service and do not grant additional rights over the App, other than the possible removal of advertising where explicitly stated at the time of donation. Donations are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record; by donating, you also accept Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5.5 Advertising and progressive data capture
If you choose not to share your contact data at usage milestones #5, #20, and #50, the App may display contextual advertising. You may choose to share your data at any time to disable advertising.
5.6 Intellectual property
The content, explanatory formulas, design, and software of the App are the property of Juan Carlos Rentería, unless stated otherwise.
5.7 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to compromise its security, and not to automate mass use of the calculators for purposes other than your own business analysis.
5.8 Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that calculations are error-free in every scenario, nor that the App will be available uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of information provided by the calculators.
5.9 Minimum age
The App is intended for adults (18+) in a business-management context.
5.10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For payment transactions, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy additionally apply.
5.11 Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
