4.1 Data controller
Juan Carlos Rentería, PhD, a natural person domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, is the data controller for personal data collected through the Intelligent Prices — Marketing Calculators web application (the "App"), available at mkt-calculators.lovable.app and linked to intelligentprices.com.

4.2 Data we collect
- Anonymous usage data: a device/browser identifier (not tied to your identity) to count how many calculators you have used.
- Progressive, optional contact data: email (from usage #5), phone number (from usage #20), and company data — name, sector, approximate size — (from usage #50). Only requested if you voluntarily choose to share them in exchange for an ad-free experience.
- Payment data: if you make a donation, your card or payment method details are processed directly by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. We do not store or access your full card details; we only receive transaction confirmation.
- Browsing/cookie data: used by our advertising partner (Google AdSense) and affiliate partner (Sovrn Commerce) to display contextual ads while the ad-supported mode is active.
4.3 Purpose of processing
- Enabling the functional use of the calculators.
- Generating business leads for our independent Pricing consulting services, only if you choose to share your data.
- Processing voluntary donations through Paddle.
- Displaying contextual advertising when you have not opted out.
- Improving the App through aggregated usage analytics.
4.4 Legal basis
Processing is governed by Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decree 1377 of 2013, which require your prior, express, and informed consent for the processing of personal data.
4.5 Your rights
You may know, update, and correct your data; request proof of your consent; be informed about how your data is used; file complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC); withdraw consent and/or request deletion where no legal retention duty applies; and access your data free of charge. 4.7 Data retention
We retain contact data while our relationship with you remains active or until you request deletion. Anonymous usage data is retained in aggregate form without individually identifying you.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified within the App.
